Wilkes Community College Celebrates Latest Nurse Aid I Graduates
Wilkesboro, N.C. – Wilkes Community College is proud to announce the successful completion of training by the latest class of Nurse Aide daytime students on August 6, 2026. These dedicated individuals have taken a significant step toward rewarding careers in healthcare.
The Nurse Aide program at Wilkes Community College provides students with the foundational knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to excel in a variety of healthcare settings. With their training now complete, these students are well-prepared to provide compassionate, competent care in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other medical environments.
The Nurse Aide class instructor was Wanda Cockerham, RN.
