Fleetwood Man Receives Up to 21 Years for Statutory Rape Charges
BOONE — A Watauga County judge sentenced a Fleetwood man charged with 10 counts of statutory rape of a child younger than 15 to 166-260 months in prison on Aug. 11, according to court records.
The active prison sentence follows a plea deal with the court that consolidated his charges.
Authorities charged Elijah A. Williams, 24, of Big Flatts Church Road, with the offenses on Jan. 22, according to his arrest warrant. The offenses began on Jan. 20, 2025.
