Operation Restoration

 

As a result of “Operation Restoration,” 19 individuals have been arrested for the possession and distribution of narcotics throughout Ashe County. Only a few individuals remain at large. Numerous additional drug seizures as well as the recovery of stolen property resulted from the operation. The Ashe County Sheriff’s Office has located the following individuals who have been placed in the Ashe County Jail. Those arrested are as follows:

 

  • Charles Andrew Dishman, age 35 of Jefferson has been charged with 4 counts of Sell Methamphetamine, 4 counts of Deliver Methamphetamine, 4 counts of Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Methamphetamine, 2 counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, 1 count of Possession of Schedule IV, 1 count of Possession of Schedule I, 2 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 2 counts of Felony Possession of Stolen Property. Dishman was given a bond of $507,000.
  • Gary Fred Burns, age 60 of Lansing has been charged with Trafficking by Sell Opium, Trafficking by Deliver Opium, Trafficking by Possession Opium, and Trafficking by Manufacture Opium. His bond is set at $250,000.
  • James Harry Lee, age 63 of Crumpler has been charged with Sell Schedule III, Deliver Schedule III, and Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Schedule III. He was given a bond of $30,000.
  • Marty Joe Holsclaw, age 26 of West Jefferson has been charged with 1 Felony count of Possession of a controlled substance on Jail Premises and Possession of Schedule IV. He was given a $5,000 bond.
  • Lynze Marie Snyder, age 25 of Creston has been charged with Felony Possession of a controlled substance on Jail Premises, Possession of Schedule III, Possession of Schedule IV, Possession of Schedule VI, and possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Snyder was arrested in Tennessee and is being held without bond.
  • Latashia Renee Hamm, age 23 of West Jefferson has been charged with 3 counts of Sell Schedule III, 3 counts of Deliver Schedule III, 3 counts of Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Schedule III, Maintaining a Dwelling Place for a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance on Jail Premise, Possession of Schedule III, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her bond has been set at $76,500.
  • Timothy Gregory Lemly, Jr. age 32 of Fleetwood has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lemly was given a $5,000.
  • Davie Allen Bledsoe has been charged with Attempting to Possess a Controlled Substance on Jail Premise. He is in custody in the state of Virginia. Bond information is not available.
  • Roger Lynn Jarman, age 51 of Jefferson has been charged with Felony Flee to Elude with Motor Vehicle and Felony Possession of Methamphetamine. He was given a $5,000 bond.
  • Chandra Coldiron Pierce, age 34, of West Jefferson has been charged with Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was given a $500 bond.
  • Kyle Elizabeth Faulkner, age 30 of Fleetwood has been charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her bond is set at $4,000.
  • Ricky Lee Ellison, age 53 of Lansing has been charged with 2 counts of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His bond has been set at $10,000.
  • Shaun Dehaven, age 34 of Warrensville has been charged with Possession of Schedule VI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting Public Officer. He was given a bond of $3,500.
  • Katherine Victoria Salsberry of Todd has been charged with Felony Possession of Meth and Felony Possession of Schedule I. Her bond is set at $30,000
  • Jason Scott Palmer of Acworth Georgia has been charged with Possession of Schedule VI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His bond is set at $25,000.
  • Morgan Roten has been charged with Resisting Public Officer. Her bond is set at $1,000.
  • John Burns of Lansing has been charged with Resisting Public Officer. His bond is set at $1,000.
  • Kristopher D. Eller of Creston was charged with Operating a Vehicle with no Insurance, Operate Vehicle with fictitious tags, and misdemeanor worthless checks. He was given a $287 cash bond.
  • Amber Wilson of West Jefferson was arrested for an Outstanding Order for Arrest for Failure to Appear on worthless checks. She was given a $8
