Mountaineers show their App State pride for 12th annual iBackAPP Day on March 6 

BOONE, N.C. — Appalachian State University’s 12th annual iBackAPP — the university’s day of giving and of celebrating all things App State — will take place on Thursday, March 6.

On iBackAPP Day, members of the App State Community are encouraged to wear black and gold, post photos and videos on social media using #iBackAPP, consider making a gift (of any amount) to support an area they love, and invite family and friends to participate as well. Graphics that can be used on social media are available in the iBackAPP resource center at ibackapp.appstate.edu.

The App State Alumni Association’s Alumni Chapters will host iBackAPP events in their local areas, in addition to events held on Sanford Mall and in the Plemmons Student Union on the Boone campus and outside the student lounge at the App State Hickory campus.
