High Country Crime Stoppers & Boone Police Seek the Public’s Assistance

 

High Country Crime Stoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s assistance in solving the following crime:

 

On 10/06/2021, Boone Police responded to Plato’s Closet, located at 173 New Market Center, Boone, NC, in reference to a shoplifting incident.  On 10/01/2021 at 7:15pm, a white male, with short brown hair, wearing a black face covering, an orange log sleeve shirt, dark gray shorts and dark gray shoes, entered the store with a white female. The female had medium length black hair and was wearing a white face covering, a long sleeve white shirt with black print on the front, black pants, white shoes and was carrying a black purse. As the two walked through the store looking at the merchandise, surveillance video footage captured the white female stealing a pair of pink Lululemon shorts, marked for sale for $14.
