High Country Commercial Kitchen will be Waiving Orientation Fees during February

February is a great time to sign up to use the High Country Commercial Kitchen! If you are considering kitchen use over the next few months, getting your application processed during the month of February will save you $50 off the initial signup fees. With spring just around the corner, it’s a great time to plan ahead if you are interested in starting a catering business, creating a delicious value-added product or teaching a cooking class.

Regulatory requirements may differ depending on your food business. See Fee Schedules & Requirements on the website listed below for more information.

Take advantage of this great opportunity while it lasts! Offer expires on February 28, 2020.

Here’s how:

Visit ashe.ces.ncsu.edu/hcck to print a copy of the application or pick one up at the NC Cooperative Extension, Ashe County Center (134 Government Circle, Suite 202, Jefferson, NC 28640).

Drop off completed application at the Extension Office until February 28, 2020.

Jill Cockerham, Local Foods Coordinator, will contact you to set up a time to meet and discuss your plans for kitchen use.
