Welcome to Thursday’s update.  Hope all is well.  According to the weather forecast, sunny warm days are ahead for the weekend.  Being able to play and work outside will enable us to rid ourselves of excess energy!

Teachers are still working hard in preparation for next week.  Directors are working on a document that will explain remote learning for families and the expectations for students.  I will update you tomorrow on this feature.

Day 8 for CN—1628 breakfast and 1628 lunch meals were served today.  Good job everyone.

Okay—are you ready for the answer to yesterday’s riddle? (repeat riddle—what can travel around the world while staying in a corner?) You got it—a stamp.  You guys are smart!!

Our riddle for the day is—What goes up but never comes down?

Fun trivia animal facts.  Did you know that elephants and humans have similar self-soothing techniques?  Baby elephants will suck their trunks to comfort themselves just like human babies will suckle pacifiers or their thumb.  A grizzly bear’s bite force is strong enough to crush a bowling ball.  Yikes!!
