Fans can purchase mobile tickets and receive them instantly via text delivery, then scan their mobile ticket at the gate when they enter the venue. Fans can also manage their tickets via mobile transfer or exchange through the integrated App State account management feature.
In the coming weeks, Mountaineer fans, season-ticket holders and donors will be able to take advantage of an integrated ticketing and fundraising platform powered by Paciolan. The solution will enable Mountaineer fans to purchase tickets and give donations online simultaneously while providing App State Athletics with a holistic view of their fans to offer personalized communications. Mountaineer fans with an established, current ticket account will receive an activation email from Paciolian in the near future.
App State will also benefit from Paciolan’s integration with its official athletics website to provide contextual ticketing links embedded into its schedule pages and other areas of their website, powered by SIDEARM Sports. This feature provides fans with more information about ticket availability and pricing when purchasing tickets.
As a partner, App State will receive Paciolan’s signature service and support. The App State Athletics staff will be teamed up with a highly experienced client partner, e-commerce operations specialist and a CRM strategist who will help with strategic planning, share best practices and consult on all Paciolan tools’ extensive use.
App State will also deploy Paciolan’s college-tailored instance of the Salesforce CRM platform and services to provide a 360-degree view of each fan and to enrich each fan’s interaction with the athletics department.
