RUDY GIULIANI SHOWN WITH HANDS IN PANTS IN NEW “BORAT” FILM
NEW YORK (AP) – “Borat” has struck again. And this time, the target is President Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani. The former New York City mayor is in the new “Borat” movie – but it isn’t a flattering look. He’s shown laying on his back with his hand down the front of his pants as a young actress is standing in front of him. Moments before, Giuliani flirted with the actress, who was pretending to be a TV reporter – asking for her phone number and address. The scene was shot in a New York hotel room in July. After the incident, Giuliani called police – but it doesn’t appear anything came out of it. On his radio show yesterday, Giuliani called the scene a set up – and insists he did nothing improper or inappropriate.
NATALIE PORTMAN PREPPING FOR NEXT MARVEL MOVIE
New York (AP) – So, has the pandemic had you shuttered inside your home, gorging on comfort food and neglecting your exercise regime? Natalie Portman feels your pain. The actress is in the process of getting into shape for her next Marvel movie. And she says the job’s been made tougher because of a months-long break in her diet and exercise routine. She says she had a “free-for-all” at home on lockdown, eating all the foods she needed and wanted. That’s all changed now that she is getting ready to film “Thor: Love and Thunder” in Australia. Portman says she’s happy she has the kind of job that forces her to stay in shape.
WORLD SERIES RATINGS HIT NEW LOW
ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) – So, who you got in the World Series? If you’re like a lot of TV viewers, the answer is probably something like, “There’s a World Series going on?” Nielsen reports Game 1 of the battle between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Tampa Bay Rays drew a record-low rating for a World Series game. The Dodgers’ Game 1 win averaged 9.1 million viewers on Fox. The previous low was the 9.8 million who watched Game 3 of the 2008 World Series. The Rays were in that series, too – facing the Philadelphia Phillies that time.
