ACHS Summer Conditioning Update – 6/29
We are still preparing for a July 6th return to VOLUNTARY Fall Sports Workouts. The conditioning sessions will look and run much different than they have in the past. Because of this, we have scheduled the following Zoom Meetings to discuss the procedures and guidelines. Attendance by the athlete and a parent/guardian is required in order to participate in workouts. Invites for these meetings will be sent to the email address that you used for your FamilyID Athletic Registration. If you did not get the invite or cannot attend, please contact your coach to schedule a makeup time.
Zoom Team Meeting Schedule
Football – Tuesday, June 30 – 7pm
Soccer – Wednesday, July 1 – 7pm
Cheer – Thursday, July 2 – 7pm
Tennis – Thursday, July 2 – 8pm
***Please note that Cross Country, Women’s Golf, and Volleyball will not be conducting workouts on campus. Conditioning activities for athletes planning to participate in those sports are being sent directly to the athlete to do from home. If you have questions about this please contact your head coach.***
Below are the requirements to attend conditioning sessions.
If an athlete shows up without any of these items, they will be sent home. Reminder that each athlete will be screened in their vehicles and have their temperatures recorded for each session. We strongly encourage that athletes DO NOT ride together (unless they are siblings).
-Family ID Registration Completed – Register Here
-Current Physical on file
-Complete Pre-Screening Form (Will be discussed in each Zoom Meeting)
-Mask (Ziploc bag for storage)
-Water Bottle and jug to refill (Please label your bottle and jug) We cannot provide water due to restrictions.
-Dressed out and ready to participate
